Celebrate Trans People in Appleton this TDOV!

Support Trans Day of Visibility this March by helping create a moment of affirmation, joy, & visibility for trans folks in Appleton with Diverse & Resilient.

Celebrate Trans People in Appleton this TDOV! image

It’s been a hell of a year for trans folks, so this year we’d like to celebrate Appleton trans peeps by making sure they have a beautiful photo for Trans Day of Visibility.

Because being visible while trans right now means knowing who your people are. For cis folks, it means seeing the beautiful faces of the people you’re speaking up for. For trans youth, it means allowing them to see into possible futures.

To make this event extra compelling, actor and photographer Rachel Crowl will be taking the portraits. She is thankful for the work, and we are thankful for Diverse & Resilient and all they do.

But none of this can happen without donors, so please, donate what you can and get Diverse & Resilient the funds to keep doing what they do: providing space for queer and trans folks, providing safety, advocacy, and community.

We love our community so much, and it has been so so hard to see all of this horror unleashed on folks who are, quite plainly, just trying to live their lives with some modicum of legibility and respect. Help us help them grab a moment of affirmation, joy, and visibility.

Love, Helen Boyd and Rachel Crowl
